Can I have lessons in my own car?

I'm very nervous and have never driven before. Can you help?

Absolutely. Our instructors will start with you in a quiet area until you feel comfortable and confident. You won't be taken onto busy roads until you are ready.

Can you book my driving test (PDA)?

Yes, we can organise the test booking for you.

Can my parents or supervisor sit in on a lesson?

Yes, they are welcome to sit in as often as you like.

Are your instructors government accredited?

Yes, all our instructors are Government Accredited and have valid Working With Children checks.

If the driving school car is stopped by police, who gets the fine?

If you are driving, the student receives the fine and demerit points.

Do you have instructors familiar with overseas students?

Yes. Our instructors speak clear, simple English, and some can speak additional languages such as Bangla, Hindi, and Urdu.

Will another learner sit in during my lesson?

No, unless you specifically request it.

How long are the lessons?

A standard lesson is 60 minutes, but times can be adjusted to suit your needs.

What happens if I fail my test?

We won't leave you on your own. We discuss the feedback with the assessor, review the test sheet, and work on the areas that need improvement to help you pass next time.

Can I be picked up from home?

Yes, we can pick you up from home, school, work, or any agreed location.

How many lessons will I need?

Most learners require between 7 and 15 lessons, depending on the quality of practice they get with parents or supervisors.

What if I buy a package and don't want to continue?

Any remaining balance will be refunded on the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Who takes vehicle damage responsibility?

Learners using an instructor's vehicle for any driving assessment are responsible for the cost of any repairs relating to damage caused or the insurance excess applicable.
